Of Storax and Labdanum - the deep, warm musk of nape, and fluid twists of sinewy leg

A co-mingling of Lunar and Mercurial essential oils, resins, and powders ritually consecrated over three lunar cycles; crafted in offering and tribute to the great Spirit of the witch’d Hare. Designed to sharpen mental acuity and clarity, enhance psychic and spiritual defense, to soothe jangled nerves, and to embolden the timid.

Our Hare poppets are anointed with our Leporidae oil, and fumigated with its corresponding incense, during their creation. As such, these materials make ideal “native” offerings for these spirit houses, in addition to their inherent magickal properties.

Each entry in our Cvltvs series of materia magicka is dedicated to an animal in our magickal coterie of poppets. Our aim is to create a line of offerings that best support the practitioner who seeks to deepen their connection with the animal spirits with which they work, and identify. Such consideration includes the symbolic (elemental, planetary, and folkloric) aspects of each animal Cvlt, was well as the physical, real-world traits of the animals in question.

The modality of the Hare is an airy, shape-shifting Spirit of quick wit and fleet foot. Otherwise defenseless, the Leporidae use their folkloric cunning as their chief defense.
